Only the natural person qualifies for being the leader or the member.The leader shall not concurrently be a member of the same bid society.The person who is with no capacity or limited in capacity to make juridical acts shall not be the leader, and shall not join the bid society wherein his guardian is the leader.

會首及會員，以自然人為限。
會首不得兼為同一合會之會員。
無行為能力人及限制行為能力人不得為會首，亦不得參加其法定代理人為會首之合會。
