A person who is entitled to the natural profits of a thing acquires the profits which are separated from the thing for the duration of his right.A person who is entitled to the civil profits of a thing acquires them in proportion to the number of days for the duration of his right.

有收取天然孳息權利之人，其權利存續期間內，取得與原物分離之孳息。
有收取法定孳息權利之人，按其權利存續期間內之日數，取得其孳息。
有收取法定孳息權利之人，按其權利存續期間內之日數，取得其孳息。
