If the commission agent constitutes a sale for a higher price, or constitutes a purchase for a lower price than that specified by the principal, the benefit shall belong to the principal.

行紀人以高於委託人所指定之價額賣出，或以低於委託人所指定之價額買入者，其利益均歸屬於委託人。
