Civil Code Article 580

When a commission agent has made a sale for a lower price or has made a purchase for a higher price than that specified by the principal, he shall compensate the difference, of the sale or purchase.
中文原文 民法第580條
行紀人以低於委託人所指定之價額賣出，或以高於委託人所指定之價額買入者，應補償其差額。
