Remuneration is deemed to have been agreed upon, if from the circumstances the broker is not to apply the information for the conclusion of the contract or to act as an intermediary for it without remuneration.If the amount of the remuneration is not specified, it shall be paid according to the tariff. If there is not a tariff, the remuneration shall be paid according to custom.

如依情形，非受報酬即不為報告訂約機會或媒介者，視為允與報酬。
未定報酬額者，按照價目表所定給付之。
無價目表者，按照習慣給付。
未定報酬額者，按照價目表所定給付之。
