Remuneration shall be paid when the reproduction of the whole writing is completed, if it is to be issued as a whole, or when the reproduction of each part is completed if it is to be issued separately.When the whole or a part of the remuneration is to be fixed according to the results of the sale, the editor shall pay such remuneration counted by customs and produce proof of his account of sale.

著作全部出版者，於其全部重製完畢時，分部出版者，於其各部分重製完畢時應給付報酬。
報酬之全部或一部，依銷行之多寡而定者，出版人應依習慣計算，支付報酬，並應提出銷行之證明。
