Remuneration is deemed to have been agreed upon, if in accordance with the circumstances the delivery of the writing is not to take place without remuneration.If the editor has the right to publish several editions, relating to remunerations and other conditions for publishing the subsequent editions are presumed to be the same as the last one.

如依情形非受報酬，即不為著作之交付者，視為允與報酬。
出版人有出數版之權者，其次版之報酬，及其他出版之條件，推定與前版相同。
