The right of publication cedes to the editor when the person ceding the right of publication according to the contract for publication delivers the writing to the editor.The provision of preceding paragraph, the editor's right of publication ceded, is extinguished at the end of the contract for publication.

出版權於出版權授與人依出版契約將著作交付於出版人時，授與出版人。
依前項規定授與出版人之出版權，於出版契約終了時消滅。
