The tourist agency shall not change the content of the travel without unavoidable circumstances.If the tourist agency changes the content of the travel according to the provision of the preceding paragraph, he shall return the reduction of the expense to the traveler; he cannot gather the increase of the expense to the traveler.If the tourist agency changes the itinerary of the travel according to the provision of the first paragraph, the traveler may terminate the contract if he doesn't consent it.If the traveler terminates the contract according to the provision of the preceding paragraph, he may demand the tourist agency to pay the expense in advance for sending them to the original place where they started off. The traveler shall return it with interest after he arrives.

旅遊營業人非有不得已之事由，不得變更旅遊內容。
旅遊營業人依前項規定變更旅遊內容時，其因此所減少之費用，應退還於旅客；所增加之費用，不得向旅客收取。
旅遊營業人依第一項規定變更旅程時，旅客不同意者，得終止契約。
旅客依前項規定終止契約時，得請求旅遊營業人墊付費用將其送回原出發地。
於到達後，由旅客附加利息償還之。
旅遊營業人依前項規定變更旅遊內容時，其因此所減少之費用，應退還於旅客；所增加之費用，不得向旅客收取。
旅遊營業人依第一項規定變更旅程時，旅客不同意者，得終止契約。
