Before the travel starts, the traveler may change to the third party instead to join in the travel. The tourist agency shall not refuse without good causes.If the third party is being a traveler according to the provision of the preceding paragraph, and the expense increases resulting therefrom, the tourist agency may demand him to pay. If the expense reduces, the traveler shall not demand to return.

旅遊開始前，旅客得變更由第三人參加旅遊。
旅遊營業人非有正當理由，不得拒絕。
第三人依前項規定為旅客時，如因而增加費用，旅遊營業人得請求其給付。
如減少費用，旅客不得請求退還。
