Civil Code Article 412

If the gift has been made subject to a charge and the donee does not perform the charge after the gift has been delivered to him, the donor may demand performance or revoke the gift.If the purpose of the charge is for the public interests, the authorities concerned or public prosecutor may, after the donor died, order the donee to perform it.

贈與附有負擔者，如贈與人已為給付而受贈人不履行其負擔時，贈與人得請求受贈人履行其負擔，或撤銷贈與。
負擔以公益為目的者，於贈與人死亡後，主管機關或檢察官得請求受贈人履行其負擔。
