When there is a claim being transferred, all the securities of the claim and other accessory rights are transferred together, except those rights which cannot be separated from the transferor.Interests in arrears are presumed to be transferred, together with the capital.

讓與債權時，該債權之擔保及其他從屬之權利，隨同移轉於受讓人。
但與讓與人有不可分離之關係者，不在此限。
未支付之利息，推定其隨同原本移轉於受讓人。
