Civil Code Article 293

If there are several persons entitled to a claim of the same obligation, and if the prestation is indivisible, each creditor may only demand the prestation to all of the creditors; and the debtor shall only tender the performance to all of the creditors.Unless otherwise provided by the preceding paragraph, the affairs between one of the creditors and the debtor, whether it is beneficial or not, does not operate on the other creditors.The provisions of Article 291 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the affairs between the creditors

數人有同一債權，而其給付不可分者，各債權人僅得請求向債權人全體為給付，債務人亦僅得向債權人全體為給付。
除前項規定外，債權人中之一人與債務人間所生之事項，其利益或不利益，對他債權人不生效力。
債權人相互間，準用第二百九十一條之規定。
