Civil Code Article 275

If there is a non-appealable judgment rendered in favor of one of the joint-debtors and if it is not based on such debtor's personal affairs, this judgment operates in favor of all the other debtors.

連帶債務人中之一人受確定判決，而其判決非基於該債務人之個人關係者，為他債務人之利益，亦生效力。
