Civil Code Article 1156

An heir shall report to the court along with an inventory of the property of the decedent within three months after becoming aware of his or her right to the inheritance.In regard to the three-month period in the preceding Paragraph, the court, if necessary, may extend the duration for filing an inventory report upon a petition of the heir.If one of the heirs, based on Paragraph 1, has submitted an inventory of the property to the court, all other heirs are considered as if they have submitted an inventory of the property to the court.

繼承人於知悉其得繼承之時起三個月內開具遺產清冊陳報法院。
前項三個月期間，法院因繼承人之聲請，認為必要時，得延展之。
繼承人有數人時，其中一人已依第一項開具遺產清冊陳報法院者，其他繼承人視為已陳報。
