When enforcing guardianship relating the ward’s life, treatment, and financial management, the guardian shall respect the ward’s intent.

監護人於執行有關受監護人之生活、護養療治及財產管理之職務時，應尊重受監護人之意思，並考量其身心狀態與生活狀況。
