Statute on the Establishment of Juvenile Detention Houses Article 4

The organization structure of a juvenile detention house and treatment of juveniles in custody are subject to the provisions of the Statute.Juvenile defendants of criminal cases detained under the provisions of Article 71 of the Juvenile Accident Act shall be housed separately from juveniles detained or sheltered under Article 26 of the same act.Segregate detention sections shall be provided for female juveniles and male juveniles.
