The Act of the Establishment of Juvenile Reformatory Schools and Enforcement of Education Article 69
The student living and discipline shall be enforced by counseling and rehabilitation to help the Students maintain good living habits and improve their living adaptability.Students representatives of the second grade or above under the progressive treatment system may participate in the stipulation or rectification of student living rules. Each class may stipulate its own living convention in accordance with the said rules.

學生之生活及管教，應以輔導、教化方式為之，以養成良好生活習慣，增進生活適應能力。
學生生活守則之訂定或修正，得由累進處遇至第二級（等）以上之學生推派代表參與；各班級並得依該守則之規定訂定班級生活公約。
