The Act of the Establishment of Juvenile Reformatory Schools and Enforcement of Education Article 53
Each class of a Reformatory School shall not have more than twenty-five (25) Students. If a class only has few Students, the multiple teaching may be enforced.Male and Female Students shall be administered separately. However, they may join in the same class for education.
