The Act of the Establishment of Juvenile Reformatory Schools and Enforcement of Education Article 49
When a Student escape from the Institution, besides reporting to a prosecutor for detection or a juvenile court for investigation, the Reformatory School shall also report to the Ministry of Justice.If deemed necessary with regard to the situation referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Institution shall inform the competent authorities governing educational administration by letter.

學生脫逃者，矯正學校除應分別情形報知檢察官偵查或少年法庭調查外，並應報告法務部。
