Organic Statute of Reform Schools Article 21
A reform school for juveniles may organize the following steering committees for the implementation of skill training, healthcare, psychological health promotion, and further education and career guidance counseling:1. skill training steering committee,2. healthcare steering committee,3. psychological health steering committee, and4. further education and career steering committeeSeats of the foregoing committees are positions not subject to remuneration; concerned members of the society or respective field experts may be invited and appointed by the school director to hold seats in the committees.

少年輔育院為指導習藝、保健、心理衛生及就學、就業之實施，得設立左列各種委員會：
一、習藝指導委員會。
二、保健指導委員會。
三、心理衛生指導委員會。
四、就學就業指導委員會。
前項委員會之委員為無給職，由院長延聘社會熱心人士或專家擔任之。
