Teacher Remuneration Act Article 20
To allow teachers a secure life, and to stimulate morale in teaching and work, the government may plan welfare measure for public school teachers in view of the condition of public finances.Welfare measures and subsidies for private school teachers may be implemented by any private school in view of the school's financial condition.
