Preschool Educators’ Act Article 5
The municipal or county（city）competent authority shall be in charge of the following matters:1. Development and stipulation of self-governance regulations for preschool educators.2. Supervision, consultation, administration, and in-service training of preschool educators.3. Other local matters regarding preschool educators.
