Student Guidance and Counseling Act Article 18
Each school shall undertake regular assessment and evaluation of its guidance and counseling work, and institute accountability for student guidance and counseling work.The competent authority at each level shall regularly assess and evaluate the effect and results of each school’s student guidance and counseling work. The results shall be incorporated into each school’s evaluation. Schools with outstanding results shall receive appropriate recognition and incentives; schools performing poorly shall be provided with advice to help them improve.

學校應定期辦理輔導工作自我評鑑，落實對學生輔導工作之績效責任。
各級主管機關應就學校執行學生輔導工作之成效，定期辦理評鑑，其結果應納入學校校務評鑑相關評鑑項目參據；評鑑結果績優者，應予獎勵，成效不佳者，應輔導改進。
