Student Guidance and Counseling Act Article 1
This Act has been formulated for the purpose of promoting and protecting students’ physical and mental health and holistic development, and to ensure sound student guidance and counseling work.Student guidance and counseling shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of this Act, except when there are other regulations prescribed in the Special Education Act or the applicable laws governing juvenile reformatory schools.
