Gifted/Talented refer to individuals with excellent potential or outstanding performance, evaluated and identified by professionals to be in need of special education and related services:A. Gifted in Intelligence.B. Gifted in Academic Aptitude.C. Talented in Arts.D. Talented in Creativity.E. Talented in Leadership.F. Gifted/Talented in Other Areas.

本法所稱資賦優異，指下列有卓越潛能或傑出表現，經專業評估及鑑定具學習特殊需求，須特殊教育及相關服務措施協助之情形：
