Disabilities refer to the following physiological or psychological disorders, evaluated and identified by professionals to be in need of special education and related services:A. Intellectual Disability.B. Visual Impairment.C. Hearing Impairment.D. Speech or Language Disorder.E. Orthopedic Impairment.F. Cerebral Palsy.G. Health Impairment.H. Emotional and Behavior Disorder.I. Learning Disability.J. Autism.K. Multiple Disabilities.L. Developmental Delay.M. Other Disabilities.

本法所稱身心障礙，指因下列生理或心理之障礙，經專業評估及鑑定具學習特殊需求，須特殊教育及相關服務措施協助之情形：
一、智能障礙。
二、視覺障礙。
三、聽覺障礙。
四、語言障礙。
五、肢體障礙。
六、腦性麻痺。
七、身體病弱。
八、情緒行為障礙。
九、學習障礙。
十、自閉症。
十一、多重障礙。
十二、發展遲緩。
十三、其他障礙。
