The corresponding competent authorities shall actively promote life-long learning of adults with disabilities and develop related work plans to encourage them to participate in life-long learning activities, and review the effectiveness of implementation regularly; the regulations of implementing organizations, methods, contents, and other relevant matters shall be determined by the central competent authority.

各級主管機關應積極推動身心障礙成人之終身學習，訂定相關工作計畫，鼓勵身心障礙者參與終身學習活動，並定期檢核實施之成效；其辦理機關、方式、內容及其他相關事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
