Regulations Governing Prevention of Gender-Related Incidents on Campuses Article 12
If the educational institution with jurisdiction is not the educational institution at which the offender is employed or enrolled, the educational institution where the offender is currently employed or enrolled shall be notified in writing to send a representative to participate in the investigation; the educational institution that has been notified is not permitted to refuse to send a representative.If the educational institution with jurisdiction referred to in the preceding paragraph concludes its investigation and verifies that a campus gender-related incident occurred, it shall send a copy of the investigation report and its recommendations for the handling of the matter to the educational institution where the offender is currently employed or enrolled for that educational institution to handle in accordance with the provisions of Article 31.

事件管轄學校與行為人現所屬學校不同者，應以書面通知行為人現所屬學校派代表參與調查，被通知之學校不得拒絕。
