Enforcement Rules for the Gender Equity Education Act Article 9
When establishing a safe campus environment as prescribed in first paragraph of Article 12 of the Act, the school shall consider the following matters in accordance to principals of gender unbiasedness, safety, friendliness and fair allocation:1. Space arrangement.2. Management and security.3. Sign system, rescue system, and safety routes.4. Restroom and sports facilities.5. Lighting and space permeability.6. Other pertinent matters.

學校依本法第十二條第一項規定建立安全之校園空間時，應就下列事項，考量其無性別偏見、安全、友善及公平分配等原則：

三、標示系統、求救系統及安全路線。
四、盥洗設施及運動設施。
五、照明及空間視覺穿透性。
六、其他相關事項。
