Teachers’ Act Article 28

From the date that an educational institution becomes aware of a teacher’s being involved in any of the situations referred to in Paragraph 1 of Article 14 or Paragraph 1 of Article 15 onwards, the educational institution is not permitted to approve that teacher’s retirement or severance with pay.If an educational institution first becomes aware of a teacher’s being involved in any of the situations referred to in Paragraph 1 of Article 14, or Paragraph 1 of Article 15 after that teacher has resigned, the educational institution shall still formally dismiss that teacher and shall undertake reporting in accordance with the provisions of Article 20.
