Teacher Education Act Article 15
A person who has obtained a teaching certificate and wishes to engage in teaching professions, except for Government-funded Students following the distribution regulations mentioned in the preceding article, is required to participate in public teacher selection processes organized by schools or preschools in accordance with the qualification that they have obtained.
