Teacher Education Act Article 13
The Central Competent Authority shall organize the Teacher Qualification Examinations and establish a Teachers Qualification Examination Review Council. Its members shall include at least one professional scholar or expert in indigenous education. The Central Competent Authority may commission an educational institution or related institution (agency) to organize such examinations if necessary.
