Regulations Governing the Establishment and Assistance of Overseas Taiwan Schools Article 5
Each Overseas Taiwan School shall be assisted by the Taiwan embassy, consulate, Representative Office, overseas office, or other agency authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the jurisdiction of which the school is located (hereunder collectively referred to as the “overseas mission with jurisdiction”).
