Regulations Governing the Establishment and Assistance of Overseas Taiwan Schools Article 4
The “competent authority” referred to in these Regulations is the MOE. Matters in these Regulations that involve the functions of any other central or local government agency shall be handled in consultation with the other agency or agencies involved.
