Regulations Governing the Establishment and Assistance of Overseas Taiwan Schools Article 38-1
Each Overseas Chinese School shall promote gender equality education on campus in accordance with the Gender Equity Education Act and the provisions of related legislation.Any principal, teacher, staff member, maintenance worker, or student of an Overseas Chinese School who files an appeal in accordance with Article 37 of the Gender Equity Education Act and is not satisfied with the appeal outcome may seek a remedy in accordance with the ordinances of the host country.
