Arts Education Act Article 14
Courses offered by schools at all levels that provide professional arts education or Art Gifted Classes shall focus on professionalism. Matters regarding facilities, class organization, qualifications for appointment of teachers, staff organization, and curriculum design shall be determined through joint discussions between schools, experts and representatives of parents invited by the school, in coordination with the needs of each individual art subjects.

辦理專業藝術教育及藝術才能班之各級學校，其課程應以專業為重點，有關設備、班級編制、教師聘任資格、員額編制、課程設計等，應配合各該藝術類科之需要，由學校邀請專家學者及家長代表共同商定之。
