Arts Education Act Article 12
Assessments of students enrolling at the affiliated junior high school or elementary school divisions of senior high schools for arts education, or in Art Gifted Classes at junior high or elementary schools, shall be carried out by the designated education authorities; parental applications and registrations shall not be subject to restriction based on their individual school district.
