Lifelong Learning Act Article 7
The competent authorities at all levels shall hold meetings on a regular basis to promote and implement lifelong learning. The meetings shall:1. Deliberate on and evaluate lifelong learning policies and directions.2. Review major lifelong learning programs.3. Consultation on other related matters.The competent authorities at all levels shall invite scholars, experts, representatives of lifelong learning institutions, representatives of government agencies, and representatives of the target groups specified in Article 20, Paragraph 1 to attend the meetings referred to in the preceding paragraph.

各級主管機關應定期召開終身學習推展會議，處理下列事項：
一、終身學習政策方向之審議。
二、終身學習重大計畫之審查。
三、其他相關諮詢事項。
前項會議，各級主管機關應邀集學者、專家、終身學習機構代表、政府機關代表及第二十條第一項所定對象之代表出席。
