Regulations Regarding the Establishment of and Special Recognition for Private Social Education Institutions Article 30

A private social education institution established before January 30, 2015, the date on which the amendments to these Regulations came into effect, that is not in compliance with the provisions of Article 10; Article 16, Paragraph 1; Article 18, Paragraphs 1 and 2; Article 20; or Article 21 shall take action to effect compliance within one year from the date that the amendments to these Regulations come into effect.
