Regulations Regarding the Establishment of and Special Recognition for Private Social Education Institutions Article 29
If a private social education institution undertaking social education acts in violation of the purpose for which it was established or the content or conditions for the approval of its establishment, the competent municipal, county, or city authority may deal with the situation in the following ways, depending on the severity of the particular circumstances:1) issue a reprimand;2) order rectification and improvement within a specified time period;3) suspend some or all of the institution's activities;4) revoke the institution's registration and order its dissolution.

私立社會教育機構辦理社會教育，違反設立目的、核准內容或條件，直轄市、縣（市）主管機關得視情節分別為下列處理：

二、限期整頓改善。
三、停止部分或全部活動。
四、廢止立案，命令解散。
