The appointment of junior college teachers is divided into three categories: initial appointment, renewed appointment, and long-term appointment. Teachers’ appointment shall be handled based on the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness.For the initial appointment of teachers in a junior college, the junior college shall publicize details of the initial appointment vacancy and invite applications in the mass media or academic journals.
