Details of the review processes of the institution and of the Ministry, the reviewers, and their comments shall be kept confidential in order to maintain the impartiality of the review. However, this restriction does not apply in either of the following circumstances:1. Details of the review process, and reviewers’ comments may be provided to an appeal agency or other remedy agency that the applicant has asked to act on their behalf.2. The reviewers’ comments may be provided to the applicant if their application was assessed as unsuccessful.
中文原文 專科以上學校教師資格審定辦法第40條
學校與本部審查過程、審查人及審查意見等相關資料，應予保密，以維持審查之公正性。
但有下列情形之一者，不在此限：
一、將審查過程及審查意見，提供教師申訴受理機關及其他救濟機關。
二、將評定為不及格之審查意見，提供予送審人。
