These Regulations have been formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 4, Paragraph 5 of the University Act; Article 4, Paragraph 4, Article 5, Article 6, Paragraphs 1 and 2, Article 7, Paragraph 5, Article 8 and Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the Junior College Act; and Article 6, Paragraph 2, and Article 34, Paragraph 3 of the Private School Law.
