For the long-term engagement stipulated in Article 18 of the Act, the term of engagement shall be defined by the universities, and stipulations for dismissal, suspension and refusal of reengagement shall be specified in accordance with the Teacher Act and Article 21 of the Act on appraisal of teachers.
