Act Governing the Retirement, Bereavement Compensation, Discharge with Severance Pay Benefits for the Teaching and Other Staff of School Legal Persons and their Respective Private School(s) Article 7
The right to lodge a claim for payment of retirement money, bereavement compensation, or a severance payment for years of service before this Act took effect is extinguished ipso facto if not exercised within five years from the date that such a claim becomes exercisable.

請領本條例施行前任職年資之退休金、撫卹金或資遣給與之權利，自請求權可行使之日起算，因五年間不行使而當然消滅。
