Private School Act Enforcement Rules Article 34

In Article 45, Paragraph 1 of the Act, the management and use of the fund and funding of a school's corporate body the private school it has established shall be based on the following methods:1. Any insufficient receipts or funding from previous years shall be made up as a first priority.2. Funds shall be deposited at a financial institution.3. The school shall purchase government bonds and short-term bills.4. The school shall purchase real estate for its own use.
