Private School Act Enforcement Rules Article 32

In Article 43 Paragraph 2 of the Act, a severe violation of educational laws means one of the following circumstances:1. The school has violated an educational law, and has failed to make improvements by the deadline after the school's competent authority has required the school to correct the situation or make improvement within a limited time period.2. The school head has violated a compulsory or prohibiting regulation of an educational law.
