In Article 30, Paragraph 1 of the Act, compensation means monetary or non-monetary benefits received by a person serving as chairperson, a director, or a supervisor for services and performance of duties; such compensation shall include salary, remuneration, subsidies, and other benefits. However, compensation may not be of the nature of distribution of earnings.In Article 30, Paragraph 1 of the Act, full-time means that, apart from serving as the chairperson, director, or supervisor of that school corporate body, the individual does not serve in any other full-time position within or outside the school.
