Private School Act Article 8

For the purpose of cultivating clergymen and religious persons and conferring religious degrees, school legal persons may apply to the Ministry for permission to establish religious schools.This also applies to legal persons permitted to be formed by the authority in charge of religious affairs.Regulations governing the procedures and conditions for approval of the above applications, conferment of religious degrees, and related matters mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed jointly by the Ministry of Education and the central competent authority in charge of religious affairs.
